We are not the seller: for orders, payment, delivery and returns, please contact the shop. In the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.
The form data (description of the problem and, optionally, your e-mail) is processed by Quantum Quast Energy Kft. to investigate and answer your report, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the e-mail address 90 days after the report is closed. Do not enter an order number, address or card details. Your rights and complaints: privacy policy.
